Compensation Analysis

As a federal contractor or subcontractor, it is critical to understand all the factors within compensation decisions at your company, and ensure they are all objective, nondiscriminatory, and uniformly applied. These may include factors such as time within the company, length of time in current job title, documented performance, documented skills and experience, education, certifications and licenses, and the scope of assignment in the position compared to others in the same title. Other non-objective logic used to determine compensation often yields significant liability and risk.

Using OFCCP's current compensation guidelines, statistics, and audit trends, DHRD will conduct a compensation analysis of your employee pay data, interpret the results, and provide guidance to help you maintain compliance.
