Personnel Activity Monitoring
As a federal contractor, the DOL requires several analyses be conducted periodically within the program year, such as utilization analyses, Progress Towards Goals, and impact ratio analyses.
DHRD is experienced in conducting these analyses and interpreting the results. We have the capability to fulfill all self-monitoring obligations. We provide you with scheduled reports so that you can stay on top of your company's EEO and Affirmative Action profile, allowing you to promptly make changes when needed and be aware of where you are doing well.
Contractors must file an annual EEO-1 Survey in March of each year, as well as a VETS-4212 Report due in September. Depending on the structure of your company, this may entail filing additional reports for each physical location. Dyas HRD files these reports electronically and provides you the necessary documentation to demonstrate compliance.
