As a federal contractor, the USDOL – Non-Discrimination is a mandate. As part of the Dyas HRD Non-Discrimination Program, we conduct Impact Ratio Analyses on personnel activity such as Hires, Promotions, and Terminations. We also conduct recruiting discrimination assessments comparing recruitment areas to a companies applicant flow log. These assessments ensure any evidence of discrimination is discovered proactively, giving companies an opportunity to course correct before the law gets involved or complaints are filed.
Dyas HRD is well-versed in conducting these analyses and interpreting the results. We fulfill all self-monitoring obligations and provide you with scheduled reports to keep you informed of your company's Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and non-discrimination profile.
Federal contractors must file an annual EEO-1 Survey and VETS-4212 Report. Depending on your company's structure, additional reports may be required for each physical location. Dyas HRD handles the electronic filing of these reports and provides you with the necessary documentation to demonstrate compliance.
